Our product “High temperature resistance paint” will be applied on the insulating bricks and will seal the various porosities of the bricks in direct contact with the products of combustion, which being corrosive, tend to alter and degrade the insulation of the kiln and makes the wall more resistant to heat (this material melts at 1400°c) It can be applied on new walls to reduce aging and on already slightly deteriorated walls to stop the deterioration of the materials, it allows to postpone radical furnace renovation interventions.
